1. Anti-Tarnish Protection

All our pieces are finished with an anti-tarnish coating over the antique gold plating. Additionally, each piece is individually wrapped in anti-tarnish material before packaging. This provides protection during storage and transit.

Note: Anti-tarnish protection reduces tarnishing but does not eliminate it entirely. Proper care extends the life of your jewellery significantly.

2. Care Instructions

Store in a dry place. Humidity accelerates tarnishing. Keep pieces in their anti-tarnish pouches or airtight containers.
Avoid water contact. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or washing hands. Water damages plating and loosens stone settings.
Avoid perfume and cosmetics. Apply perfume, deodorant, and makeup before wearing jewellery. Chemicals in these products can discolour plating.
Avoid sweat contact during heavy activity. Remove jewellery before exercise or strenuous work.
Clean gently. Use a soft, dry cotton cloth to wipe pieces after each use. Never use liquid jewellery cleaners or abrasive cloths on imitation jewellery.
Store flat. Long haarams and chains should be stored flat to prevent kinking and clasp stress.

3. No Returns & No Warranty

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty on any product. As a B2B wholesale manufacturer producing strictly on order, every piece is made to your confirmed specification and cannot be returned or claimed under warranty once dispatched. Please review the CAD proof and physical sample carefully and approve in writing before bulk production.
