These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all B2B trade between Jagruti Imitation Jewellery ("we", "us", "our") and wholesale buyers ("you", "buyer"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Jagruti Imitation Jewellery is a strictly B2B wholesale manufacturer. We do not sell single pieces at retail. All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ), communicated on a per-design basis over WhatsApp or Email.
Wholesale pricing is volume-dependent and shared directly with verified trade buyers. Prices are quoted in INR and are valid for 15 days from the quote date. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, design complexity, and order volume.
For custom designs, we provide a 3D CAD proof (Rhino 3D / Matrix Gold render) for initial sign-off, followed by a physical sample couriered at the buyer's shipping cost. Bulk production proceeds only after the buyer approves the physical sample in writing (WhatsApp or Email). Sample cost is adjusted against the bulk order value.
Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. We communicate any delays proactively.
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Each piece is individually wrapped with anti-tarnish protection. Insurance is optional and recommended for high-value shipments. We are not liable for damage or loss during transit unless insurance is purchased.
Every piece undergoes QC inspection against the approved sample before despatch. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, do not issue refunds, and do not provide any warranty on our products. As goods are manufactured to order for B2B wholesale, buyers are responsible for confirming designs, specifications, and quantities before placing an order. By placing an order you accept this no-return, no-warranty policy.
Custom designs created by Jagruti Imitation Jewellery remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the buyer owns the physical goods. Design files (CAD models, moulds) remain Jagruti's property unless separately negotiated. We respect buyer-supplied reference designs and do not reproduce custom work for other clients without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
