Rhino 3D Design-to-Production Pipeline

From reference to casting file.

Every temple, Lakshmi, Ganesha, Kasu and Guttapusalu design is modelled in Rhino 3D using the Matrix and Matrix Gold plug-ins. Sub-surface geometry is optimised for casting, plating adhesion and long-term structural integrity before a single mould is cut.

Reference Ingestion

Photo, sketch, or physical piece scanned and translated into a working brief. Anatomy, motif hierarchy and stone layout locked before modelling.

Rhino 3D Modelling

Full parametric build in Rhino with Matrix / Matrix Gold. Symmetry checks, undercut resolution, stone-seat validation and metal-weight estimate.

03 / 04

Photorealistic Render

Ray-traced render with plating simulation sent for sign-off. Dimensions, weight, stone count and finish notes documented.

04 / 04

Casting File Export

STL or 3DM output routed to in-house resin printer for master, then to rubber mould and casting. Every file archived for reruns.

Quality Control & Plating Standards

Rigorous QC. Premium plating.

Every piece is inspected at three points in the workflow: post-casting, post-plating, and post-stone-setting. Rejects go back into the melt. Only approved pieces reach your carton.

Antique Gold Plating

Signature antique-gold plating bath. Nickel-safe, lead-safe, cadmium-safe. Warm patina with matte finish preserved through hand-lacquer coat.

Kemp Stone Setting

Hand-set kemp, CZ and pearl. Each stone seated, adhered and re-checked. Loose stones are the fastest way to lose a retail account. We do not ship them.

Triple-Stage QC

Post-cast dimensional check, post-plating finish audit, post-set stone-count and adhesion test. Batch QC report available for enterprise accounts.

Factory Lead Times

CAD to sample to bulk, on a clock.

Lead times below are typical for standard temple and traditional designs. Complex bridal sets and multi-SKU launches quoted individually.

PHASE 01

CAD Proof

3 to 5 working days per SKU from receipt of the brief. Includes render, weight estimate and stone-count.

PHASE 02

Physical Sample

7 to 10 working days after CAD sign-off. Couriered to your office for hand-inspection.

PHASE 03

Bulk Run

3 to 5 weeks per 1,000 units on standard designs. Tier 3 enterprise slots scheduled at quarter start.

PHASE 04

Despatch

Unit-packed, anti-tarnish wrapped, carton-loaded and shipped. Tracking shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

Multi-seat Rhino installation with Matrix and Matrix Gold. Resin printer on-site for masters. All CAD files archived and version-controlled.

Casting Line

Investment Casting

Mazak / Zinc alloy investment casting. Wax-tree assembly, burnout kiln, centrifugal cast, quench and de-vest. Weekly capacity in the thousands.

Plating Bay

Antique Gold Baths

Dedicated antique-gold, matte and high-polish baths. Nickel-safe, lead-safe. Bath chemistry audited quarterly. Waste stream compliance maintained.

Setting Room

Kemp & Stone Set

Hand-setting benches, magnified inspection, adhesion test rig. Loose-stone rework returns to the setting bench, not to the shipping carton.

QC Cell

Three-Stage Audit

Dimensional, finish, and stone-count audits at three points in the flow. Batch QC report retained per SKU and per client account.

Pack & Ship

Counter-Ready Despatch

Anti-tarnish wrap, unit boxing, carton loading. Bulk-without-box option for accounts using their own packaging. Insured pan-India and export shipping.

STEP 02

NDA & Brief Package

Two-way NDA. Full brief with reference sheets, technical constraints and target unit economics. Response within 48 hours.

STEP 03

CAD Proofs

Rhino 3D proofs per SKU. Two revision rounds included. Sign-off before we cut a mould.

STEP 04

Physical Samples

Full sample set couriered. Hand-inspection and functional wear-test at your side. Written sign-off triggers bulk.

STEP 05

Master Supply Agreement

MSA covers tier pricing, MOQ per SKU, lead time SLA, IP terms and payment schedule. Standard commercial terms, negotiable.

STEP 06

Bulk Production

Scheduled batch. Weekly progress updates on WhatsApp. Batch QC report on completion. Insured despatch to your warehouse.
